The Stockport Music Map

The recent Stockport Music Map has become a new piece of favourite wall art around the world for its Manchester homage. Featuring The Beatles and The Fall it is a guide to an overlooked part of Manchester. With Mersey Square at the centre of one piece, you will find Lemmy from Motorhead (top left) and a top mention for The Fall.

Viral on Twitter it is a visual nod to The Who as well as 10CC. In fact, all eras of music in Stockport are on the map. Emily Flanagan is the gifted artist. The Beatles’ Sixties tailor and Frank Sidebottom and a nod to Acid House make it one of the world’s most interesting music collectables.
